Legs are 1 .” heavy-duty 16 gauge tubing – two gauges stronger than the competition. Gas shield metal arc welding of joints provides exceptional strength. Additional brace extends from desk top frame to the back of the chair to provide a full length support for the extra large tablet. The frame is contoured to fit the shape of the 5/8” Melsur™* solid seat. Solid plastic is stain/wear resistant and self-extinguishing. The seats and backs are attached with steel rivets underneath the plastic resulting in no exposed hardware on the surface. The Melsur™ seat has a waterfall edge to improve seating comfort.
