Heavy duty, high density polyethylene material with a light grain surface. Injection molded into a one piece shell unit with heavy duty reinforcing ribs, as well as molded slots, to accommodate the twin back support tubing. This design allows no exposed hardware on the surface and adds strength and durability. Bookracks are made of 1/4” welded steel rods. The flat usable surface is chromed having a book stop on one side, which makes a neat, spacious, three-sided compartment. Bookrack is welded at all four corners to unit to assure maximum support.
The frame is formed of 14 gauge 1” steel tubing legs with 3/4” twin 16 gauge back supports. Tablet arm support formed of 14 gauge 1-1/4” steel with 11 gauge steel welded to back and arm support for maximum strength. Completely MIG welded throughout. Constructed using a cross-over leg design providing maximum support with minimum stress on welds
Silent, rubber cushioned, swivel of self-leveling 1” minimum diameter hard carbon steel - nylon base type with a flat bottom, chrome plated. Steel base glides are optionally available.
Work surface to be 14” x 20” x 26” made of hard plastic consisting of wood flour and Melamine resin with binder component to assure a hard, smooth surface or fiberboard, 5/8” - 47 lb. core with NEMA approved high density plastic laminated surface and phenolic backer sheet.
