The Scholar Craft Kaleidoscope® SC4800SP Diamond Desk features a 29"×22½" diamond shaped work surface. The geometry allows desks to be arranged in different learning pod patterns while maintaining a defined individual work area. The standard 5/8" Melsur® solid plastic top is made with 100% recycled wood flour and melamine resin and provides a smooth, stain resistant, and fire-retardant work surface.

The SC4800SP adjusts from 22" to 32" and uses a unitized welded frame combining 16 gauge and 14-gauge steel components. Felt, steel, and boot glides are available, along with locking casters for greater mobility when classroom layouts change. Book boxes, racks, and book bag hooks can also be specified for added storage and organization. Additional surface constructions include particleboard with HPL and T mold edge or MDF with a non-permeable polyurea edge. A premium White Marker Board laminate is available as an upgrade.
