The Scholar Craft Kaleidoscope® SC4400SP Tri5 Triangle Desk provides a generous 30"×34½" work surface in a five-sided triangular configuration designed for flexible classroom layouts. Its larger surface gives students more room for individual work, materials, and shared activities, while the Tri5 geometry can be combined with other Kaleidoscope desks to create varied workstation arrangements. The standard 5/8" Melsur® solid plastic top is made with 100% recycled wood flour and melamine resin and features a smooth, stain resistant, dry erasable, and fire-retardant surface with Scholar Craft's soft rounded Ergo Edge.

The SC4400SP adjusts from 22" to 32" and is built on a unitized welded frame using 16-gauge and 14-gauge steel components. Felt, steel, and boot glides are available, as well as locking casters for easier repositioning. Book boxes, racks, and book bag hooks can be specified to keep frequently used materials within reach. The Kaleidoscope SC4490SP Standing Height Desk offers the same 30"×34½" Tri5 surface with a 33" to 42" adjustable height range. Additional surface constructions include particleboard with HPL and T-mold edge or MDF with a non-permeable polyurea edge.
