Scholar Craft's affordable 130 Series and 140 Series Chairs are well-known for their strength-to-weight ratios. Seats on both series are injection molded from heavy-duty, high-density polyethylene and supported with our signature crossover leg design. The back on both models has been ergonomically designed for comfort and an enhanced learning posture.

The seat and back on the 130 Series and 140 series are nickel-steel riveted completely through the metal frame. On the 140 Series, our exclusive back design is blow-molded with double-wall construction to create a back that is 1 1/8" deep enclosing the twin supports. The rivets securing the seat and back are hidden. This design assures you a more durable and comfortable back than is offered on compatible chairs. Both models are offered in a range of colors and sizes. The 130 Series and 140 Series both offer exceptional value at a truly reasonable price.

The 130 and 140 Series consists of 16-gauge tubular swaged steel, MIG welded with twin 14-gauge tubular steel (16-gauge on the 140). The bright nickel-chromed frame has swivel designed self-leveling, rubber cushioned glides in either nylon or steel. |
