Activity Table Leg Options

Adjustable Legs-- Series 2140 and 2150 Upper leg assembly is 1 1/4" O.D. 16-gauge tubular steel, MIG welded to a 12-gauge mounting plate and reinforced by a U-shaped 5/16" solid steel rod.  The lower insert is swaged and threaded.  Inserts are fully adjustable from 22" to 30" at 1" increments using two 1/4" x 3/4" steel bolts.  Low adjustment option from 18" to 25 1/2" is available (2145).  Threaded bolt attachments assure stability of the adjustable inserts at all height adjustment positions.  The silent, rubber cushioned, swivel self leveling glides ensure table stability.  Series 2140 and 2145 upper assembly is a black baked-on finish. Series 2150 legs have the same features as Series 2140 legs but are fully chromed throughout.  All inserts are hard, bright nickel chrome and each set has one adjustable glide for convenient leveling.  This series is also available with the low-adjustable option (2155).

 

Non-Adjustable Legs-- Series 2000 and 2010 Leg assembly constructed of 1 1/4" O.D. 16-gauge tubular steel swaged to 5/8".  The 12-gauge mounting plate, U-shaped 5/16" steel rod and tubular steel leg are all welded and then bright nickel chrome plated or painted.  Height is approximately 29" at table writing surface.  Glides are silent, rubber cushioned, swivel and self leveling.  All leg sets have one adjustable glide for convenient leveling.  Series 2000 and 2010 differ only in that the Series 2000 is painted with a hard baked-on black finish.  Series 2010 are fully chromed.

Quick Mount Plates Quick mount plates on Scholar Craft tables make assembly a snap.  These extra heavy duty mounting brackets are factory installed and require only one screw to securely attach each leg.

Series 2500

Adjustable Pedestal Series 2500 and Series 3000 Pedestal T-leg formed of 3/4" x 2" 16-gauge rectangular steel.  Threaded nickel chrome plated inserts of 16-gauge rectangular steel forming a "T" design.  The 2500 is adjustable from 22" to 30" in one inch increments.  The ends of the T-legs are capped for a finely finished appearance.  Two 1/4" x 3/4" bolts per leg secure the upper leg to the threaded inserts for extra strong adjustment security.  Series 2500 and Series 3000 differ only in that the Series 3000 pedestal legs come with a 3/4" x 2" rectangular stretcher support bar as standard between the two pedestal legs for warpage prevention on tables of 60" or more and adjustable from 27" to 32"

4000 Center Pedestal Leg Pedestal column is constructed of 2 1/4" O.D., 16-gauge tubular steel.  Top attachment is by means of an 11" x 11", 12-gauge steel plate.  The Series 4000 Center Pedestal Leg has a footprint/leg spread of 32" and a finished table height of 30"
