Scholar Craft's 190 Series Star-Based Swivel Chairs are ideal in a computer lab setting or as teachers' chairs in classrooms.  The Solid Star's pneumatic lift mechanism provides a wide range of adjustments to ensure correct positioning for typing and writing.  The seat and back on the 190 Series are constructed from Melamine Resin solid-plastic and are designed with heavy-duty 14-gauge back support for superior strength.

The 110 Series is identical to the 190 except that, for weight savings, the body is made of Scholar Craft's heavy-duty, high-density linear polyethylene with a special additive to dissipate annoying static electricity.  Integral heavy-duty ribs add rigidity and non-exposed rivets secure the frame to the body's integral supports.

The 110 Lab Series Star-Base Chair provides additional height and incorporates an adjustable height foot-ring for added comfort.  This configuration is also available in our 190L solid-plastic series.

Scholar Craft's 300 Series Stools are a comfortable and affordable option to computer chairs or for use in science labs or art studios.  Our stool frames and foot rings are constructed from 16-gauge tubular steel and plated for lasting beauty with bright nickel-chrome.  Seats are manufactured from 5/8" Melamine Resin solid-plastic and attached with nickel-plated steel bolts through the 11-gauge carbon-steel top plate for superior strength and holding power.
