Scholar Craft's 480 and 580 Series are the highest quality, most durable chair desks in the industry. Both designs start with our 180 Series Solid-Plastic chair. The 5/8" Melamine Resin seats and backs on these chair desks are all but indestructible. And their frames incorporate our incredibly strong 16-guage crossover design. |

On the 580 Series, we install a trapezoid writing surface constructed with 14-gauge double steel supports. The tablet arm writing surface compliments our 480 Series. Both models are available in a range of complimentary colors and can be ordered in a left-handed version. |

| The 480 & 580 Series consists of 16-gauge tubular swaged steel, MIG welded with continuous-tube, twin 14-gauge steel. The 480 also features a 16-gauge wraparound steel support. The bright nickel-chromed steel frame has swivel designed self-leveling rubber cushioned glides in either nylon or steel. |
