Scholar Craft's 900 series stores and effectively manages school supplies until needed. These units feature a highly functional, heavy-duty steel bookbox providing ample storage. Access is initiated by raising the writing surface via a high quality, full-width piano hinge. This specific hinge mechanism has continually proven itself to be extremely reliable in assuring safe, secure and quiet operation particularly by young students.
- Multiple seating options include a one-piece polyethylene shell and a 3/8" or 5/8" solid plastic seat and back
- The use of 14 and 16 gauge tubular steel makes this frame design with swaged legs the strongest and sleekest in the industry
- Bright nickel chrome plating meets all requirements for a no-corrosive and abrasion resistant finish
- Heavy-duty, 20 gauge steel bookbox with rolled edges for added safety
- Full-width piano hinge featuring two adjustable friction hinges and rubber bumper cushions assure long lasting and quiet operation
- Available in seat heights of 15 1/2" and 17 1/2"
- Tops available in 5/8" solid plastic or fiberboard with high pressure laminate surface
