The work surface is 24" deep x 48" wide and is attached to a heavy-duty unitized tubular steel frame manufactured from high-carbon 16-gauge rectangular steel. A cross-brace is MIG welded to form a free standing H-shaped design the lends tremendous support for both the storage compartment and the writing surface. The book box is constructed of our lightly grained heavy-duty, linear polyethylene with integral support ribs and molded reinforced edges.
